Facial Plastic Surgery Procedures
Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty can smooth a bump, narrow a wide bridge, refine the tip or make breathing easier. Dr. Siegel uses preservation techniques that keep more of the nose's natural support, through incisions inside the nose.
Deep-Plane Facelift
A deep-plane facelift lifts the tissue under the skin instead of pulling the skin tight. It restores the jawline without a pulled look.
Neck Lift
A neck lift treats loose skin under the chin and brings back definition along the jaw. Dr. Siegel performs it on its own or with a deep-plane facelift.
Eyelid Surgery
Upper and lower eyelid surgery treats hooded lids and under-eye bags. Dr. Siegel repositions the natural volume around the eyes instead of removing it, for a more rested look.
Chin Surgery
A chin implant or chin reduction brings the profile into balance, either on its own or together with rhinoplasty.
