A deep-plane facelift lifts the tissue under the skin instead of pulling the skin tight. It restores the jawline without a pulled look.

A neck lift treats loose skin under the chin and brings back definition along the jaw. Dr. Siegel performs it on its own or with a deep-plane facelift.

Eyelid Surgery
Upper and lower eyelid surgery treats hooded lids and under-eye bags. Dr. Siegel repositions the natural volume around the eyes instead of removing it, for a more rested look.

My biggest fear with undergoing a rhinoplasty was that I would look in the mirror and my new nose wouldn't fit me...today I am looking in the mirror and for the first time in my life I feel like my nose fits my face.
